That’s why we’ll try to match the price of your products if you find them cheaper with another high street printer.

Our price matching procedure

If you find a better price with another ‘high street printer’ for an identical product and want us to try to match it, here’s what you need to do.

• Get a written branded quotation or web link for your product, adhering to the t&c’s below.
• Simply call our Customer Services team on 0191 917 9331 or email client.support@ravensworth.co.uk and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

What prices can be matched?

We benchmark prices against our competitors to make sure you are always getting the best value, but prices change continually. We will try to match all prices but there are some stipulations.

• Quotes must be valid within 30 days from a UK registered company with premises in the UK mainland. This excludes companies in administration or closing down.
• The price has to apply to an identical product in terms of size, orientation, paper stock, finishing, quantity and turnaround.
• We aren’t able to match bundles, temporary offers, voucher codes or special pre-negotiated prices for groups or volume.

The important bits

• Price matching can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
• We only match one-off jobs on an ad hoc basis. For repeat jobs you must keep providing new valid quotes from the last 30 days.
• As our price list works on a single unit cost, maximum quantities apply to digital print. Window Card & Corner Flashes x50, Brochures x100, Posters, Flyers & Banners x1000, Business Cards x1000, Docufolders x500.
• We are unable to match prices once an order has been placed. Prices must be agreed upfront, we will not offer refunds to previous orders.
• Sometimes we aren’t able to match prices, if this happens regularly it is our policy to review our standard price list.
